Daily Duties at Hpe:

Providing governance and oversight for all projects in the Georgia Medicaid Account. Facilitated Steering Committee meetings. Responsible for organizing Risk meetings, change control, ensured that all projects were delivered on time. Ensured that all documents were reviewed and signed off by each departments manager. Managed a team of Project mangers, Trainers and Technical editor. Created a monthly Executive Report to show our progress for projects and any issues that need to be addressed.Responsible for SOC( Systems and controls) for system and controls for my department and attending the yearly SOC meeting and helping addressing any questions.
