Daily Duties at Calvary Baptist Church:
• Main responsibilities were to assist the head Pastor in daily and weekly matters in the church. When our family arrived to assist Pastor Spears there were about 50 people attending by God’s grace the church grew to having 180-200 and remains a lighthouse for southeastern PA. • Oversight of Adult ministries; Lord Supper and Baptisms, teacher/leader of the Young Married’s Sunday School Class (25-35 adults) and Bible Institute instructor, alongside of pastors Spears and Farr we led the Outreach, Visitation and Discipleship ministries of the church. Teen and Parent (TAP) growing together class which involved teaching and leading a group of 20-30 teens and parents in dealing with the unique struggles and opportunities facing parents and teenagers. We also started a monthly Young Parents class for new or soon to be parents in our church which met at our home.
