I worked mainly as a wound care specialist ,I treated between 6-9 home bound patients ,four days a week,with multiple chronic medical conditions: mainly lower extremity ulcers, skin infections and chronic lower leg edema. I coordinated care with nurses, home care providers, family and primary care providers. I provided pamphlets, supplied information and training to families.
