Daily Duties at Asg Equities:

· Responsible for accounting for all property transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, refinancings, sale/purchase of JV interests as well as family investments in real estate limited partnerships. · Responsible for cash management and banking. · Responsible for the preparation and review of all reporting, including financial statements for lenders. · Responsible for all debt covenant calculations to ensure lender compliance. · Work closely with the leasing, asset management departments. · Liaison for all joint venture partners and limited partnership investments. · Work closely with IT to upgrade all company software including Yardi Property Management software. · Developing policy and procedure for accounting department and company.
