Significant Highlights:  Scrum master in multiple softwar/ business Applications developments to the customers (and their channel partners).  Deftly geared the entire transmission network infrastructures’ planning, implementation, and service delivery for du network across UAE. Managed and supervised multiple data & platforms migrations and integrations to cloud systems.  Orchestrated activities like planning software/Application development iterations, Daily stand-ups, Delivery Management, Integration, testing, Q&A, Resources, scope, Budget, Revenues, KPIs, customer interface, optimizing work processes.  Played a pivotal role as a part of the core leadership team in du account; realized more than USD $7.0 M Revenues within 6 months (June 2016 -Dec 2016). Key Responsibilities:  Handling DU accounts for transmission Networking infrastructures’ Program Management and supporting Business Applications Developments. Managing multiple demos/trials/testing for platforms migrations to/from Cloud systems.  Contributing to evaluate different Cloud infrastructures, platforms and software applications to run various workloads; like Microsoft Azure, AWS, on-premise datacenters.  Developing schedule of activities/tasks of each sprint outlining program management life cycle (planning/Development/Testing) and responsibilities/tasks that when complete will meet the incremental business plan expectations of the product owner/customers.  Developing program plans and associating communication documents. Effectively communicating program expectations/progress to clients and stakeholders in timely & clear fashions utilizing in-house reporting tools/ techniques.  Communicating effectively with senior management/ CxO to enhance their understanding of the opportunities and limitations of information; effectively managing the stakeholders, incorporating all project/sprint work-streams.
