Daily Duties at Bank Of America:
Project Manager for several multi-discipline projects from inception through Production Monitoring phases. • Define, document and implement standard PMO processes and practices • Managed project activities, budget, and deliverables for assigned projects • Project Financial oversight for 2010/11 project portfolio of $30MM – monitor project spend and communicate trends and overages to management • Coordinate weekly PMO reporting to management and stakeholders. Daily/Weekly Dashboard • Implement PMI standards and practices. Extended use of Clarity.
