Process definition, documentation, performance, control, and improvement. • Engage Business Process Consultants, Quality Engineers, and Process Owners to identify, document, analyze, and improve process effectiveness and efficiency focusing on process and system controls for Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gain agreement on process boundaries, metrics, control limits. • Data analysis and presentations for Six Sigma projects. • Deliver - Super Process Framework, Process Maps, PCMS, SIPOC, Process Readiness Presentations
