Daily Duties at Educational Testing Service :
Successful Project Manager for multiple custom development projects • Technical Lead for Agile development of proprietary technical enterprise systems Online Network for Evaluation (ONE) and Rater Management (RM) – from requirements gathering through implementation. • Developed and executed project plans, monitored and controlled quality, scope, and schedule. • Coordinated Performance Testing to support 20-fold increase number of clients and end-users • Ensure compliance with SDLC process/practices - SDLC audit scores increased from mid 60s to 98-100% • Coordinated Functional and UAT testing with off-shore vendor resources and international clients. • Clarity, ONE, Power Designer. Service Now • Developed and delivered departmental weekly Knowledge Transfer sessions. Managed QC activities for platform upgrade/migration of 200,000 test items • Performed Risk assessments, developed mitigation plans, tracked and resolved issues. Within the Office Of Quality Management working to define Process Management best practices, provide standards and tools to drive Process Owners to document, improve, and control their key processes in order to increase efficiency, decrease errors, and enable ETS to meet its Quality objectives. • Design for Control (D4C) Initiative. Process definition, documentation, performance, control, and improvement. • Engage Business Process Consultants, Quality Engineers, and Process Owners to identify, document, analyze, and improve process effectiveness and efficiency focusing on process and system controls for Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gain agreement on process boundaries, metrics, control limits. • Data analysis and presentations for Six Sigma projects. • Deliver - Super Process Framework, Process Maps, PCMS, SIPOC, Process Readiness Presentations
