Managed all aspects of multiple mainframe/Windows servers/Windows desktop data centers. Systems operations, network operations, change management, budgeting, facilities, shipping/receiving, and physical security. Led local and remote team of 18 people at multiple facilities nationwide. Managed hiring/interviewing, training and development, workload and schedules.
