Daily Duties at Century 21 Region V:
In complete charge off all operations for all branches and at one time had more than 1,500 agents and employees. Managing broker for all locations, including escrow and loan companies. Originated loans, supervised escrow and real estate staff. Trained and manage all personal including loan officers, secretaries, payroll, escrow, agents and associate brokers. Business planning, advertising, budgeting, staffing, etc.
