Responsibilities such as staffing, performance management, strategic planning, environment management, project management of Environment migrations, process improvements, Project Managed and coordinated staff resources on 70+ cross-product efforts to ensure company’s project priorities were met. Worked hand-in-hand with PMO, business owners and partners, analysts, development, DBAs, release coordination, software deployment team, and upper level management to ensure delivery of quality software that met end-users business requirements and expectations. Identified project risk factors and utilized methodologies and processes to complete projects on time with quality.
