Provide overall direction and management for the performance and execution of all department support services; facility office support services and maintenance activities including all mail center activities; sorting, delivery, and processing, shipping and receiving, copy center production and fulfillment activities, switchboard, concierge, visitor management and event set up and coordination, off site records administration and management, security and life safety, housekeeping and janitorial, common support and operational equipment, company fleet and pool vehicles; and budgetary planning and execution of both operating expenses and capital expenditures.
