Daily Duties at Loyola University Medical Center:

At the beginning of my senior resident year, I was appointed by the faculty as Chief Resident. I set the call schedule for all the interns and residents in the department. I also would assist the teaching faculty in daily OR assignments. I also had the responsibility of implementing the monthly Resident's Journal Club and Conference". I was the liaison between the faculty and the intern and resident staff.
