Daily Duties at Optum:
• Responsible for IT procurement, vendor management and contract renewal aspects for all Digital software and infrastructure. • Collaborate with internal and vendor teams to create roadmaps scope documents, risk assessments, project plans and Statements of Work (SOWs); managing financial operations on combined portfolios of up to $10.6M. • Work with multiple lines of business to align cost savings initiatives of the Digital Workforce team, projected to save $16M into 2018. • Responsible for financial tracking and reporting, to ensure a balanced portfolio mix for business lines and corporate groups alike. • Diligently work to obtain signed SOWs and budget approvals before projects are executed
