Tempered Sound Judgment and Unwavering Leadership for 80M+ Memphis Business Unit and North Shelby Landfill that consist of a monthly budget of $2.5M; to include Maintenance Contracts, Facility Maintenance Contracts, Capital Improvement Projects, Janitorial Services Contracts, Fuel and Lubricants Contracts, Prime Vendor Contracts, Outside Repair Maintenance Contracts, Preferred Vendor Contracts and Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Contracts. Consistently provided and encouraged responsible representation of Republic Services to customers, vendors and municipal customers and other external stakeholders; oversee and administer effective Safety and Accident Prevention Programs and led all operations to ensure compliance with federal, state and local safety standards. Continuously drove Change Management Initiatives to introduce and sustain new Preferred Vendor vetting processes that contributed to the 25 percent growth and durability of the Memphis & Millington Business Units.
