Daily Duties at Cbre:
Results-Oriented Technical Experience with PeopleSoft and Sound Knowledge of Purchasing, Supplier Sourcing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables & Payables, Facilities Management and Real Estate Accounting. Assist the Intrepid Global Workforce Solutions (GWS) Technology Solutions team with the Supplier Management data upload and configuration loads for 575 global clients: to include Europe, Singapore, Central and South Americas. Performed business process analysis, developing technology solutions for complex or unusual problems relating to special management studies for Global Facilities Management Programs. Assisted with the implementation projects ranging from selected PeopleSoft modules to full system deployments. Coordinated all phases of deployment ranging from configuration, to data collection and entry to preparation of advance reporting tools. Coordinated the collection and preparation of requirements for Facilities Management, Real Estate, and Project Management Supplier Management, Purchasing, Requisitions, Receipting, Tax Reporting; to include related accounting. Demonstrated knowledge in Supply Chain Management, Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Maintenance Management, Facility Management, Procure to Pay (P2P), Project Management and Financial Accounting. Recognized Authority, providing expertise in the formulation of systems scope and objectives relative to the organization's business plan and industry requirements. Independently, and as a collective project team provide technical guidance related to business implications of the Intrepid PeopleSoft applications and modules for various End-User Client ERP & Distributed ERP systems. Provided technical consulting on complex projects. Provided liaison between End-User communities, stakeholders, and service providers within an enterprise. Created detailed specifications from which programs were written. Provided technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing Accounting, Purchasing, Maintenance Management and Supplier modules and configurations. Analyzed client resources, including funding, personnel, and unfunded requirements. Reviewed Client’s End-User requirements for invoices, vouchers, purchase orders, receipting, testing issuing document requirements, and revise existing system logic difficulties as necessary. Tracked and documented changes to functional and business specifications. Monitored and documented post-implementation problems and revision requests. Developed, coordinated and implemented plans to test business and functional processes during system development and quality assurance within UAT, TST, TRTST, PRD, MGR and TRUAT environments.
