 Take charge of the overall agency operations involving community and governmental programs, personnel supervision, as well as funding and fiscal management.  Observe strict compliance of the foundation with all contractual requirements and regulations.  Hold full accountability in creating and handling annual budget as well as procedures for staff training and development.  Broaden knowledge of current and effective evidence-based, best practices to provide optimum services.  Provide informed and sound decisions to ensure agency integrity and safety.  Play an integral role in developing inclusive and relevant programs for individuals dealing with physical disabilities and mental health issues regardless of socioeconomic status, citizenship classification, culture, or lifestyle.
