Daily Duties at Altisource:

Altisource was contracted by Ocwen Financial to manage their facilities worldwide. I managed two offices in West Palm Beach and assisted in management of portfolio. • Review, adapt and produce AutoCAD drawings. Generate floor plans for sites that do not have dwg drawings • Regulate and manage design, construction, space management, move management, and maintenance. • Draft preventive maintenance programs, safety programs and others; including the writing of support materials and manuals; including writing several sections of corporate operations manual • Oversee security and access control • Design, monitor, and maintain short and long term forecasts and budgets • Purchasing and vendor management • Supervise mailroom operations, maintenance, janitorial, and various contractors.
