Daily Duties at Newmark Knight Frank:
• Manage new and existing leases and vendor agreements • Regulate and manage design, construction, space management, and maintenance • Draft preventive maintenance programs, safety programs and others; including the writing of support materials • Create and maintain forecasts, budgets, and variances for facilities • Act as local point of contact and administrator for site amenities and services such as security, parking, cafeteria
