Daily Duties at Us Army:

Supervise 3 US Army military consultants within the Hanford California Footprint (approximately 260 square miles) consisting of 10 High schools and two colleges. Directs prospecting, lead generation, and the selection of 190 plus new army soldiers annually. Develop doctrine and sales techniques on 150 different recruiting specialties and programs for the Department of the Army. Responsible for managing all personnel crisis, quality control, and benefits for military and civilian employees. interview and hire based on individual qualifications within the region of responsibility. Analyze and evaluate employee production as well as productivity. Direct prospecting efforts and ensure individual success was articulated in daily planning calendars. completed 36 months with zero suspected improprieties for suspected fraud
