Daily Duties at Bio Bloom Organic:

Operating Officer and business plan strategist at $17 million annually. Generated natural health product distributor and vertically integrated retailer. Focused on importing European health supplements for sale on wholesale and public customer levels; developed product manufacturer relationships while serving as manufacturer’s agent with the FDA and with U.S. Customs and Border Protection. •Established a new corporate entity for the development of a distribution and sales organization for the purpose of importing and providing both retail and wholesale marketing and distribution Health Supplement imported from Europe. •In our first year we estimated annual revenues of approximately $15.5 million on the wholesale market to $17 million if sold through vertically integrated retail outlets (these numbers are based only on US sales in the wholesale and retail markets. • Developed a management team capable of executing an aggressive plan of expansion, as well as a sales network capable of reaching the required revenue levels both domestically and internationally. •Created a brand that is synonymous with quality, highly effective medicinal grade products for the patients and clients. •Created an organization of dedicated and skilled individuals capable of providing the necessary support and innovative solutions needed to remain competitive and compliant with the real-time needs of our clients and the regulatory environments in which we operated. • Consistently analyze the business model to ensure maximum growth in enterprise value and explore potential new market opportunities easily integrated into our business infrastructure. •Developed consumer based educational knowledge through print campaigns and web information. •Developed an operational budget to meet all corporate revenue goals while maintaining and controlling company expenditures. •Chaired the board for the development and launch of the marketing for the product through direct sales, internet sales as well as bulk wholesale. •Developed a strong relationship with the manufacture and acted as agent for them with the Food and Drug Administrations as well as U.S. Customs here in the United States. •Launched an advocate program helping patients who where unable to obtain product due to cost by obtaining corporate sponsorship for these clients. •Instrumental in the brand development with regard to logo, web and company literature for the products and company presence.
