Daily Duties at Fpx:

• Managed strategic new client engagements for Fortune 500 companies including resource assignments, client communications, project schedules and budgets. Engagements were 6 – 12 months in length and $500K - $2M in revenue. • Managed all facets of engagement including requirements definition, risk/issue mitigation, client communications, budgets, and collaboration. Managed assigned cross-functional team via a matrix reporting model. • Symantec engagement was to combine two disparate business units into a single quoting tool as the backend systems were being consolidated; 13M pricing records, 9 languages, 13 currencies, and 4,000 worldwide users. Delivered on-time and within budget. o Pilot proof of concept completed in 150 days, production rollout 60 days later. o Reduced time to generate quotes from half hour down to 10 minutes, also allowed business units to cross sell products, which was not possible previously due to disparate systems. • Cash New Holland (CNH) Europe’s goal was to have one system to produce a publication containing product and pricing information for dealer network across European markets. Using product and price data received nightly from client’s backend system for 10 Markets(countries), 8 languages, 10 currencies. One year engagement delivered in an iterative approach and phased rollout. Allowed client to discontinue labor intensive process unique to each market. • Account Manager for FPX client relationships which were under support and maintenance. Supervised small technical staff performing minor services engagements and assisted with resolving client support issues.
