Daily Duties at Fpx:

Prepare monthly financial statements and variant analysis for executive management. Manage and oversee the month-end close process. Prepared and submitted payroll on a bi-monthly basis. Performed quarterly and yearend reconciliations. Applied for and obtained tax accounts for new states based upon new employee hires. Provide information and support to external auditors as part of quarterly and year-end financial review and publication to owners/stockholders. Prepare budget forecasts for cash projection and cost analysis purposes Managed two direct reports providing leadership and overseeing their work. Researched and recommended to management a third party internet based time tracking and expense reporting tool that facilitated ease of use and enabled all managers to access to their respective projects. Managed the business property and casualty insurance; renewing the business insurance on an annual basis, obtaining competitive quotes, recommending renewal broker/company to management.
