Daily Duties at Diversified Maintenance:
Responsible for providing integrated, customized custodial services programs to B2B organizations in a variety of vertical categories: Class A Office, Education, Healthcare, Logistics, Manufacturing and Industrial, Specialty and Technology. 100% “hunter” business development role. Responsible for lead generation and relationship development. Successful in converting twenty (20) self-generated leads to opportunities/proposals during tenure. Used sales acumen and a detail oriented passion for process improvement to drive exponential sales revenue growth and profitability. Worked with internal and external stakeholders to achieve worthwhile and honorable goals through a commitment to financial strength, operational excellence and professionalism.
