Daily Duties at Ppha:
Developed custom wellness and preventive health programs used extensively by large self-funded employers in the private and public sector. As Account Manager, I worked with a wide range of individuals from Account Managers to “C” level executives, Brokers, Third Party Administrators, as well as clinicians, while forming successful working relationships with industries such as hospitals, criminal institutions and oil companies to name a few. My clients had employee group sizes between 230 to 2000 employees with the account sizes of +$250 million. The main objective was to determine the potential/current clients’ medical management needs and create unique packages for the potential/current clients that would best meet their goals and objectives while having the greatest impact for Return On Investment.
