Managed promotions and product/concept launches of my category; Pantene, Clearasil, Tide; executed 17 product launches to become market leader with 27% MS from 24%. Directed category cost saving project team, $0.5MM annual saving in 1998. Implemented SAP R3 ($2MM project) in my category to improve supply chain efficiency. Governed RCCP, MPS, daily production planning of 38 skus, 65% of total sales. Deployed 5S for plant warehouse and HOSHIN with a saving of $0.2MM in inventory.
