Negotiate and collaborate with vendors to improve costs, reduced supplies complexity by 80%. Govern KPI metrics, departmental LSS projects: productivity increase of 31% for the last 5 years. Create strategic plans and budgets for 14-warehouse, 500-employee NA Operations. Guide expansion and layout improvements of 7 branches, sales increase of $25.0MM. Lead forecasting and capacity planning for 4.0 million package delivery operation. Deployed LSS initiative, savings over $3MM. Certified as LSS Black Belt, first in company. Saved $0.7MM through lean manufacturing, inventory turns and point-of use system initiatives. Pioneered in VMI - consignment inventory in Industry, reduced WC by 24.0MM Integrated IT systems and SC processes of 5 acquired companies, overhead reduction of $1.2MM Completed operational due diligence of acquisitions; P&A Division grew to $250MM from $10MM. Executed Supply Chain optimization project for Dallas plant, with the goal of sourcing 15% of products from Asia, 12% inventory reduction and 3% production efficiency increase. Increased Customer Service level of Dallas plant from 67% to 95% by integrating into the P&A business and facilitated implementation of key measures.
