Daily Duties at Skye Point Decisions, Inc.:

Support in the start-up of a newly-formed Cyber Integrity Center (CIC) for the Department of State (Dos) and manage 15 personnel in the Operations, Incident Handling, Threat Intel, Engineering, and Remediation teams. Generate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and CIC-specific tasks relating to attaining Full Operating Capability (FOC) in spring of 2018 - assign and assist personnel accordingly in the completion of said tasks. Maintain the depository of documentation on SharePoint and ensure accurate and current version control is available. Lead in the escalation/remediation of cyber event tickets in the Remedy ticketing system; create effective security event notifications through increased communication; ensure shift coverage in current 12x7 operations coverage; host weekly meetings with all CIC personnel and address issues/impediments and establish path forward for effective resolve.
