Daily Duties at Florida Hospital:

• Act as the specification and development responsible person directly to the Executive Council • Maintain continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives, and make recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent • Work independently with internal cross functions and external stakeholders to compile data and presentational material(s) • Successfully orchestrate large scale Florida Hospital events which include planning and logistics. The events focus on Leadership Meetings, Leadership Retreats with attendees of 1000+ • Evaluate, recommend, and oversee the implementation and communication of strategic initiatives e.g. structural changes, succession announcements, and new partnerships • Complete critical projects including but not limited to budget preparation, accountabilities and reporting
