Daily Duties at Sears Logistics Service:
Manage warehouse operations • Responsibilities include managing all flow of merchandise in and out of facility direct to customer for our dot com and tool catalog business • Direct 3 exempt supervisors, and 85-150 hourly associates I was responsible for $26-35 million dollar inventory, 16,000 line items in a 300,000 sq. ft. warehouse. • Manage receipt of all merchandise and picking and loading of all orders. • Double digit increase in productivity year over year (2006 20% above goal) • Rated STAR contributor for cost savings year over year • Exceeded previous year quality standard every year of operation • Exceeded all LOS standards for inbound product • Built and managed 2nd shift operations each 4th quarter to handle seasonal volume Updated all standardized processes to ensure highest productivity and quality handling of merchandise
