Daily Duties at Jet.Com:

• Lead a team of up to 150 hourly team members including 5 supervisors and 5 specialists. • Implemented continuous improvement practices in the tote creation and order fulfillment departments. This has resulted in a solid 50% increase in units picked per labor hour over a 5-month period. • Coached and held accountable all members of the department. I accomplished this by creating an environment of open two-way communication, actively listening to and addressing associate concerns, removing obstacles to success and upholding high standards of ethics and performance. • I ensure that OSHA requirements are followed and that I promote a safe and secure workplace. • I provide measurable feedback to assigned personnel and suggestions for improved performance. I also formulate. and implement associate corrective actions as needed
