Implemented FIFO, daily,weekly and monthly cycle counts, as well as customer based end of cycle counts. Set up a chain of command for the floor including an escalation process for all personnel. Purchased 7 pieces of equipment including fork lifts, truck scales and a floor scrubber and decreased the monthly bill by over $800 a month by renegotiating contracts Scored a 99.75 on year inventory and completed inventory in half the time of past inventories Created true 100% monthly customer inventories Introduced a employee PM program and cut R&M on forklifts by 50% Reduced overtime by 40%
