Reported developments and wrote proposals and client media releases per policies and procedures.  Campaigning: Expanded public relations campaigns and built a pipeline with federal and commercial prospects.  Budgeting: Balanced budgets and multitasked to successfully release new system updates.  Negotiation: Won over a $5M OPM Recruitment & Branding blanket purchase agreement (BPA’s) and the Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration’s Methadone Abuse Outreach subcontract to JDG Communications.
