Oversaw key developments as Program Manager for the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) blanket purchase agreements (BPAs). Employed tactical marketing strategies (e.g. networking, referrals, direct mail, email) to win over leads and ultimately grow client base. Reported developments and wrote proposals and client media releases per policies and procedures. Campaigning: Expanded public relations campaigns and built a pipeline with federal and commercial prospects. Budgeting: Balanced budgets and multitasked to successfully release new system updates. Negotiation: Won over a $5M OPM Recruitment & Branding blanket purchase agreement (BPA’s) and the Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration’s Methadone Abuse Outreach subcontract to JDG Communications.
