Established a CRM to track company efforts.  Market Evaluation: Coordinated strategic reviews of services to identify challenges and opportunities for growth and present and release “winning” market strategies and campaigns.  Cost Reduction: Restructured operations and executed across-the-board review of costs and staffing structures, which resulted in meeting and exceeding company expectations.  Quality Assurance: Maintained composure in a fast-paced, competitive environment to set protocol among staff.  Leadership: Supervised ongoing developments, redesigning the website and developing a rebranding campaign.  Strategy: Devised functional business plans and reports, which are set to generate an influx in partnerships.  Event Planning: Planned and executed trade show events.
