• Prepared all supply documentation, evaluated effectiveness of material management programs and procedures, and assessed trends and compliance with established directives by analyzing statistical data and reports. • Developed standard operating procedures and policies for material management programs and for purchasing equipment and supplies. • Scrutinized invoices and shipping manifests to ensure compliance with all local customs and international regulations. • Served as Property Accountable Officer in charge of non-expendable Government Furnished Equipment, installation property, leased property, and government-owned property including 2800+pieces of equipment worth more than $16 million. • Developed computerized programs to enhance property accountability. Concurrent with previously named positions, served as Product Manager (PM) representative, Information Assurance Security Officer, PC Maintenance Technician, and Primary Building Environmental, Health and Safety Facility Manager. • Maintained and administered computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. • Performed data backups and disaster recovery operations. • Diagnosed, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary. • Planned, coordinated, and implemented network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware. • Configured, monitored, and maintained email applications or virus protection software. • Operated master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use. • Loaded computer tapes and disks, and install software and printer paper or forms. • Designed, configured, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software. • Monitored network performance to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future. • Conferred with network users about how to solve existing system problems.
