Daily Duties at Us Army Medical Research And Materiel Command, Telemedicine And Advanced Technology Research Center:

Served as Director and Projects Supervisor for the Clinical Applications Division of the Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center, US Army Medical Research and Materiel Command. Led 150 advanced technology research projects with funding of more than $120 million. Integrated major research portfolios in medical simulation training and telesurgery. Conducted five meetings exploring medical simulation research and developing funding roadmaps. Assignments included the directing the Department of Defense Breast Cancer Research Program from 1996-1998 and the US Army Medical Research and Materiel Command from 1997-2006. Managed budgeting, cost control, scheduling and research for more than 100 programs. Provided small business funding including SBIR and STTR to support portfolio goals.
