-Lead agency outreach efforts through supervising and coordinating 40 municipalities in suburban Cook County -Manage distribution of agency customer information including transit infrastructure projects within agency service area -Manage day-to-day operations of program outreach to all levels of regional government with regular correspondence with elected officials, community groups, public transit riders and internal departments -Initiate and supervise assemblies of identified stakeholders for area planning studies -Serve as department liaison to CTA Business Relationship Management team and as intern co-mentor through the Urban Alliance program
