Daily Duties at Pacific Gas And Electric Company:
Responsible for Managing 51 fee properties consisting of successfully renegotiating a new license process that resulted in timely monthly payments and consistent inspections to ensure full compliance with all lease conditions Responsible for all aspects of land acquisition. Responsibilities included; communications with private, public, or governmental agencies for right-of-way access, contract negotiations and agreements, and utilizing established master license agreements and site license acknowledgements Collaborate with utility Environmental Planning and Permitting departments to ensure that easement agreements coincided with all environmental permits Led weekly status meetings with Railroad companies to support procurement of all Gas Transmission pipeline project permits and easements in a timely manner Operated as ESC Shop Steward
