Daily Duties at Flagstaff Medical Center:

Active participation as a preceptor for new graduate RNs and new hires.Leadership role as charge nurse for infusion center/oncological crises, staff development, career ladder development, and policy and procedure committees. • Care of patients with chest tubes, tracheotomies, and management of complicated medical patients. In conjunction with management and dean of local university and community colleges, designed and implemented and educational program for improving care provided by nursing students.
