Promoted open dialogue to ensure that standards will be met and that optimization projects meet deadlines of multiple go-live waves prior to August 2018. • Created DCW for Personnel, Providers, and Leadership team for CORE • Participated in Go-Live at the Stockton Ambulatory Specialty and Surgical Clinics • Work closely with multiple teams to standardize evidence-based care of oncology patients that meet or exceed regulatory and certification guidelines. • Cerner PCA Power Chart Ambulatory – Instruct and encourage workflow via the Mpages for providers and end users. • Cerner PCO Power Chart Oncology - Use of Current state work flow and future state work flow to ensure that PCO go-live during 2018 will be well received • Cerner Wiki and U Learn - for deep dive into issues, questions, and improvement performance decisions.
