Daily Duties at Cvs/Caremark:
Responsible for providing cross-functional leadership through multiple layers of management and supervisory staff within the Miramar Mail Order Pharmacy (450 plus employees – Front End and Back End Operations). Provided coaching and career development for Managers and Supervisors. As the Senior Leader for the Miramar Mail Order site, in the absence of a Vice President/General Manager, operated with expanded responsibilities of the Director, which included the seamless, overall management and responsibility for the Miramar Mail operations.
