Facilities Utilities Manager with over 25 years experience in the coordination, and oversight of 49 employees and contractor personnel, in both matrixed and conventional environments, and through continues improvement and Lean Six Sigma teams, in support of 35 facilities with over 1,284,239 square feet of office, manufacturing, and logistical space valued at over $186,049,733. Daily responsibilities are the design and support for facilities modifications and sub-systems maintenance, employee area access and clearances, contract conception in relation to statements of work, bid process and award criteria and selection, pre-bid meetings, allocation of funds, and the generation and approval of all project and maintenance planning, tracking, task coordination and scheduling, change orders, billing, budgets, waivers, outages, permitting, and status reports. Facility/building systems that I have direct oversight and extensive knowledge/experience are, HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, mechanical systems, computer networks, telephone and FM radio systems, video telecommunications systems, conference room systems, computer rooms, machine shops, electrical shops, specialized tooling, and preventive maintenance and safety programs. I am a leading member of the companies Ergonomics Board, Damage Assessment & Recovery Team (DART), and the Employee Emergency Accountability Reporting System (eEARS) for hurricane and disaster prevention and recovery. I have direct contract and project management experience in facility design and modifications, space utilization, preventative maintenance programs and processes, roads and grounds, janitorial (office, manufacturing, lab, and clean rooms), elevators, office reconfigurations, for which I have received numerous awards.
