consolidate QA estimates (test-effort) for single and multi-app projects; manage scope changes and differentials to overall test effort; coordinate and expedite the resolution of budget issues between Project Managers and QA Planning and Strategy teams; run bi-weekly status meetings, and help ensure adherence to and improve departmental processes;
