Daily Duties at 375th Combat Support Sustainment Battalion:

provided the commander a mission ready enlisted force to execute the unit mission. Resolved issues left unchecked that could adversely impact the readiness of the organization prepared enlisted personnel of the organization to deploy in support of mission requirements. Exercised the necessary leadership to provide and sustain a mission ready workforce for the commander. Worked with other senior noncommissioned officers and supervisory personnel to ensure discipline is equitably maintained, and the health, Esprit de corps. mentoring and overall welfare of the enlisted force were met.
