Facilitated a change management initiative that: 1) consolidated job titles from over 600 to 40 under the Decision Band Management System (DBM); and 2) adjusted salary grades to bring compensation in line with market; advised stakeholders in Human Resources, the executive suite, and line and staff management in the roll-out of DBM system.
