Daily Duties at National Real Estate Information Services:
Managed broad scope of Vendor Management and Operations from vendor contracts and controlling costs to improving staff productivity. Planned, organized, staffed, directed, and controlled day to day operations; developed and implemented policies and programs as necessary. Trained, developed, mentored, and assisted employees. Led department to develop, maintain, and managed external vendor partners including service level agreements (SLA’s), key performance indicators (KPI’s), and strategic planning. Managed relationships, performance, and delivery with partners and led matrix management efforts and initiatives. Managed vendor implementation process and communicated vendor capabilities to sales, marketing, and others as needed. Financial management of profit and loss, accounts payable processing, and budgets. Collaborated with Technical Support such as web development and reporting tools.
