Daily Duties at Prospect Mortgage/Homebridge Financial:
Reported directly to the SVP of Financial Planning & Analysis with exposure to the CFO and private equity investor. Served an integral role providing guidance and direction to executive leadership regarding the financial health and direction of the company, empowering the commitment of key strategic decisions backed by solid information; created forecasts of financial statements, cash flows and compliance with financing covenants. Maintained accountability for the annual budget process for 25 general & administrative cost centers, monthly variance reporting, and general advisory responsibilities regarding financial matters. Led financial presentations on a monthly and quarterly schedule to audiences of executive management, private equity investors, bond investors, ratings agencies, banks, and regulators; provided responses to inquiries. Partnered with Accounting to review the preliminary monthly financial results and provide comparison with forecasts and budgets; tracked the quality of accounting to formulate recommendations for improvement. Created weekly Executive Committee reports providing pipeline information to evaluate short term sales projections.
