I currently serve as an advisor and Board Member to V-Tech Manufacturing Solutions LLC, a sales, marketing, representation and business services firm catering to small B2B customers. The company’s products include electronic component, transformer, inductor, cable harnesses, battery assemblies, power supplies, printed wire board and contract manufacturing. As a Business Advisor, I work in concert with the owner to develop and enhance sales and marketing strategies and tactics for the company to generate revenue and growth. My responsibilities include providing a range of business services such as: -Sales process streamlining, sales and marketing analysis, marketing communication plan development. -Outsourced B2B sales, internet marketing and advertising, PPC and SEO, website analysis and creative brief direction. -Brand recognition, acquisition analysis, Mergers &Acquisition analysis, due diligence, direct sales, manufacturer’s representation, representative set up and management.
