Safety committee, process orders for supplies and maintained stock for all repairs and maintenance, delegate job duties and assignments, blood borne pathogens certified, First Aid and CPR certified. Oversee and perform the following duties: service equipment, installing new equipment, repairing motors, repairing conveyor belts, install, program, repair and service PLC’s, service pumps, repair and service five story silo, repair air valves, service heating guns, run conduit, install breakers, wire control panels, install and service push buttons, wire motors, replace fuses, install junction boxes, pull wire, pull cable, installed CAT 5 cable, install service entrance conductors, install light switches, install receptacles, install 240 three phase, install electrical timers, re-wire equipment, install ice cube relays, change lighting ballast, servicing electrical components and gas heaters, and all other phases of industrial electrical wiring and supervision of employees, implement and direct TPM process, design TPM boards and checklist, 5-S maintenance department, attended “How to Perform an Arc Flash Calculation Study”, active in implementing safety programs and designing LOTO procedures, monthly safety inspection including monthly fire extinguisher, plant decibel readings, plant electrical system inspection, writing work permits and JSERA’s for maintenance department. Scheduled preventive maintenance to be done after hours and on weekends. Worked with plant supervisor to schedule maintenance during regular work hours. Developed PLC programs to help speed up work flow and process. Installed new equipment to meet OSHA, EPA, and other agencies specifications.
