Daily Duties at Bestvan Consultancy:

y main responsibilities in this position is as the founder of this firm as a partner to Privately Held Insurance (PHI) designated to provide guidance to clients to reduce revenue expenditures on employee benefit programs. Together as Bestvan Consultancy, we successfully apply our insurance expertise to help reduce health care costs for our clients. This savings for the clients calculates out to be a total plan cost savings of over $10M for all clients while simultaneously improving benefit packages available for their employees. Another key area I bring to the table is an understanding of business development and organizational assessment. I have used these skills previously in the development of a $20M municipally owned mutual insurance company with the intention of saving the policy holders $3M to $5M annual costs compared to previous policies. My interpersonal skills have proven vital in the fostering of working relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers located at various organizations which could benefit from Bestvan’s experience and knowledge. By being able to interact with individuals from various backgrounds, I am able to gather critical information needed to analyze insurance portfolio for each client to determine appropriate improvements needed to diversify individual captive insurance companies. Work in this area has shown results in an increase in policy writing and annual revenues of $25M.
