AVAIRPROS SERVICES, SAN DIEGO, CA GENERAL MANAGER - SAN DIEGO AIRLINES CONSORTIUM (2014 – 2016) ▪ Recruited by leading airport consortium firm to lead the formation and mobilization activities of the start-up company. ▪ Primary liaison between the Airport Authority and Airlines at San Diego Airport, representing collective interests in joint procurement, use, and maintenance of facilities, services, and systems that supported complex airport operations. ▪ Directed a professional operations and financial team who manage a $14M+ budget and six lines of aviation management services. ▪ Administered and oversaw all consortium agreements, contracts, financial and legal matters on behalf of SANCO members. ▪ Prepared and proffered RFP/RFQ activities in the solicitation of competitive bids for multimillion-dollar service contracts. ▪ Leveraged over twenty years of airline business expertise in assessing and managing trend analysis, industry metrics, infrastructure, and IT requirements for capital projects, asset preservation, and service continuity for key stakeholders. ▪ Renegotiated five service contracts in the first eight months of operation, yielding over $600K in savings for member airlines.
